DJ Neema has grown from an up and coming talent to one of central Texas’ favorite event DJs. Hanging out near downtown and hear fresh beats coming from Lady Bird Lake? That might be Neema showcasing his stellar mixing skills on one of his popular downtown Brunch or Bat Cruises. Enjoying a night out and hear a super fresh transition? Check the DJ booth for his signature luxurious locks. In addition to his residency at Buck Wild on “Dirty Sixth” mixing ratchet hip-hop and top 40 you can catch him at VooDoo Room 3rd floor throwing down some Funky House Music or at Cheer Up Charlie’s flexing his open format muscle. But that’s just where you might see him out in public. This year alone Neema has DJed 75 weddings, bringing his lifetime total to well over 300! His presence on the mic is effortless, professional and witty. Drawing on years of experience as a professional TV reporter and anchor for local ABC and CBS affiliates as well as a brief stint on nationally syndicated talk radio. Neema has been rocking parties since 2006 but has been a full-time career DJ since 2017. He lives with his wife Jessica and two amazing kids Lily and Archer.
