“We hired DJ Carl Stenzel for our wedding and I’m so glad we did! We were familiar with Carl as a popular nightclub DJ and were extremely fortunate to find out that he was accommodating weddings when we began our search. Carl was extremely easy to work with and his musical taste is impeccable. Carl arrived on time and was well prepared for what we were trying to create. He kept the guests entertained during dinner service and once it was time to start dancing, he knew exactly what to do. I’ve never been to a wedding that had so many people dancing as ours. To this day people comment on how fun our wedding was and we can’t thank Carl enough for making it a memorable night for all.”

“DJ Carl Stenzel was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a DJ that didn’t play all the typical cheesy wedding songs and he chose music (with my suggestions) that suited my taste and my husband’s and our friends, didn’t offend the family, had everybody mingling then dancing and nobody wanted the night to end. I knew he has a lot of nightclub background and it was just as good as a dance night in Boston- which made it a lot of fun for everybody!”

“We held our wedding in the Newport, RI, region. The music and DJ at our wedding were the utmost important thing to my wife and I since we are music junkies and I happen to be a part-time music journalist. This wasn’t just a wedding where we were willing to throw some guy or girl behind a computer and let them play whatever crap wedding DJs usually play. We wanted atmosphere. Our wedding was vintage-themed and we needed enough soul, retro r&b, and Motown to embody the dominant impression we wanted our guests to have, but DJ Carl was insightful enough to warn us, I get your vision, but if you don’t throw in a couple dance standards, you’re not going to have people dancing the entire time. Let me tell you that this wasn’t the case. We had to actually peel some folks off the dance floor at the end of the night. DJ Carl Stenzel was able to mix the various genres of music going on (especially because some of my wife’s friends were requesting Top 40) and by the middle of the party, I realized this wasn’t just your typical dance portion of the wedding, it was a dance party. Guests from my wedding are still raving about the music two years later. To get away from the music for a bit, DJ Carl was patient and extremely professional. He put us at great ease by even showing up an hour early. Long story short: If you don’t want a cookie-cutter DJ hire DJ Carl. I have recommended him on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. The man has some serious talent.”
